For Whom We Have Made a Difference

To tell our transformation story, we count on the presence of several national and multinational companies that care about the environment and become agents of positive change.
Many companies sought greater savings on their electricity bills through On-grid systems. Others, participants in the Free Trading Environment (ACL), challenged the paradigm that significant savings would not be possible.
Success Cases
Present in the market since 2016, we have designed and installed more than 600 photovoltaic energy system projects for homes and companies throughout the national territory. Check out some success cases below:
- Voith S.A. Machines and Equipment

In January 2024, VOITH joined the Global Pact. As a European multinational, it implemented its carbon footprint reduction action in its Brazilian units.
Voith has 227.25 kWp of installed capacity, 450 AESOLAR panels installed, and avoids 242.7 tCO₂/year.
- FESTO BRASIL

Festo Brasil is committed to neutralizing its CO₂ emissions by 2025, seeking an innovative solution to reduce its environmental impact, focusing on generating clean and efficient energy in its facilities and production processes.
Already a participant in the Free Trading Environment (ACL), we can offer a viable and personalized solution with "Grid Zero".
Festo Brasil has 314.6 kWp of installed capacity, 572 AESOLAR panels installed, and avoids 192,712 tCO₂/year.
- Grupo Vigorito & Filhos Ltda

The century-old vehicle dealership faced the challenge of zeroing its carbon emissions and becoming energy self-sufficient. However, it sought an integrator with superior technical capacity and efficient communication.
Grupo Vigorito has 277.13 kWp of installed capacity, 749 AESOLAR panels installed, and avoids 202,566 tCO₂/year.
- Primavera Solar Renováveis

At Primavera Solar Renováveis, we implemented Distributed Generation 1 (GD1), allowing energy leasing in the captive market, where consumers access renewable electricity without the need for their own investment.
This modality reduces costs on the electricity bill, providing predictability and sustainability, utilizing solar plants already in operation to generate profit from leasing.
Primavera has 102.96 kWp of installed capacity, 234 AESOLAR panels installed, and avoids 63.57 tCO₂/year.
- Indústria e Comércio de Metais Leão Eireli

The project at Leão Metais consisted of installing a photovoltaic system that enabled energy self-sufficiency to reduce the cost of conventional energy.
Grupo Leão Metais faced the challenge of reducing its environmental impact while simultaneously controlling high energy costs.
Primavera has 322.64 kWp of installed capacity, 872 AESOLAR panels installed, and avoids 373.5 tCO₂/year.
Regulated Trading Environment – (ACR)
The possibility of generating your own electricity (Self-generation), consuming it simultaneously, and sending the surplus to the public grid is called Distributed Generation and was established by Law 14.300/2022.
Art. 4° Amends Art. 6° of Normative Resolution No. 482 of 2012, which shall come into force with the following wording:
Art. 6° Consumers responsible for a consumption unit may adhere to the electricity energy compensation system:
I – with microgeneration or minigeneration distributed;
II – member of a multiple-consumption-unit enterprise;
III – characterized as shared generation;
IV – characterized as remote self-consumption.
§1° For compensation purposes, the active energy injected into the distribution system by the consumption unit shall be granted to the utility company on a free loan basis, allowing the consumption unit to have credit in terms of active energy to be consumed for a period of 60 (sixty) months.
Law 14.300/2022

This regulates the Electricity Energy Compensation System (SCEER) and the Social Renewable Energy Program (PERS), where the total energy injected into the public grid and not consumed simultaneously is recorded as energy credit, proportional to the compensable components of the electricity tariff. These credits remain valid for consumption or transfer (same ownership and utility company) for up to 60 months.
Free Trading Environment – (ACL)
Market segment where electricity purchase and sale operations occur through freely negotiated bilateral contracts, following specific commercialization rules and procedures.
Every free consumer needs two contracts: one for energy purchase and another for distribution services. The first, called the Electricity Purchase and Sale Contract (CCVEE), is negotiated with the generator or marketer, while the second is made with the local utility company under fixed conditions, called the Distribution System Use Contract (CUSD).
The main differences between free and special consumers lie in the contracted demand limit for each and the type of energy they can consume in the ACL.
While the value paid to the utility grid has a regulated price, energy purchase from suppliers can be freely negotiated, including price, term, energy volume, and payment conditions.
There are many cases where we encounter ACL participants who wish to further reduce their CO₂ emissions, aligning with the goals of the Global Pact, or simply seeking savings on their electricity bill.
For scenarios like this, we offer the Zero Gris solution, a system capable of reducing the carbon footprint and generating savings through self-consumption of generated energy, without compromising participation in the ACL.
We explain more in the article on "What is Grid Zero?"
What is Grid Zero?

The Photovoltaic Grid Zero system allows consumers to reduce their contracts with energy suppliers by installing generators that meet part of the energy demand. This is possible because the system operates autonomously from the electrical grid and offers interactive control to manage consumption and energy loads.
ANEEL Normative Resolution
Art. 4° Amends Art. 6° of the Normative Resolution No. 482 of 2012, which shall come into force with the following wording:
Art. 6° Consumers responsible for a consumption unit may adhere to the electricity energy compensation system:
- I – with microgeneration or minigeneration distributed;
- II – member of a multiple-consumption-unit enterprise;
- III – characterized as shared generation;
- IV – characterized as remote self-consumption.
§1° For compensation purposes, the active energy injected into the distribution system by the consumption unit shall be granted to the utility company on a free loan basis, allowing the consumption unit to have credit in terms of active energy to be consumed for a period of 60 (sixty) months.
§2° Adherence to the electricity energy compensation system does not apply to free or special consumers.
Photovoltaic Panel
The solar panel works as follows: photons from sunlight are collected and immediately converted into electrical current. In this way, the energy captured by means of solar panels can be used in various ways, whether in homes, commercial establishments, industries, or even for outdoor lighting of public spaces.
Electric current generation by solar panels occurs when photons (particles of sunlight) collide with the atoms of the panel material, thus causing the displacement of electrons. This flow of electrons creates an electrical current, or what we call photovoltaic solar energy.
