The Grid Zero system, due to its characteristic of not injecting energy into the grid, generally does not qualify as distributed micro or mini-generation and, therefore, is not subject to the provisions of Regulatory Resolution 1.059/2023This is a self-consumption solution that operates in parallel with the electrical grid, without exporting surpluses. However, there may be a need for communication or approval with the local utility to ensure technical and regulatory compliance.
